Palak Chicken.......
Ingredients:palak(spinach):1 bunch
chopped onion:2
green chilly:1 0r 2
chicken:1/2 kg
cashewnut:5
garam masala;1/2 tsp
chilly powder:1/2 tsp
turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
curd:4 tsp
ginger garlic pate:1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil :2 tsp
preparation:Boil the water and add cleaned spinach ,let it cook for 10 mnts...then remove the spinach from the heat and take it from the water ,grind this with cashewnut and green chillies.... heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion,fry for few minutes till it turn to light brown.. after that add all the masalas and ginger garlic paste....stir well and add grinded spinach to this mixture...cover it and cook for 5 mnts then add plain curd and chicken pieces add salt to taste.cook on low heat till the chicken is done...finally remove it from the gas and leave it for 5 mnts...garnish with coriander leafs......serve it with rotti or naan......

Chocolate Eggless Cake
Soda bicarbonate:3/4 tsp
baking powder:1tsp
Cocoa powder;1 tsp
Drinking chocolate powder:1 1/2tsp
condensed milk:1/2 tin
Ghee(melted):1/4 cup
vanilla essence:1tsp
water:50 ml
milk:50 ml
Preparation:
- Sieve the flour,cocoa,drinking chocolate,baking powder,and soda bicarbonate together
- preheat the oven to 200 c
- In a large bowl stir together the condensed milk,mixed flour,water,milk,melted ghee,and vanilla essence...beat it well
- Grease a baking dish and dust it with flour..pour the cake mixture into the prepared dish...
- bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven....until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean..
- Run a knife around the outer edge of the cake to loosen.turn out in to a large serving plate while still hot.....allow the cake to cool ......

3 Layer Pudding.............
Ingredients
- Milk:1/2 ltr
- sugar:50g
- vanilla custard powder
- essence:2 drops
- vanilla cake
- biscuit(parle G or tiger)
- bread(remove the sides of bread)
- butter
preparation:Take custard powder add 4 or 5 spoons of milk in to it ,mix well... and keep aside.....pour milk in to a heavy pan add sugar and stir constantly...... add custard mixture while the milk is boiling ..then stir well..untill the mixture is thickened..simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.(medium thickness)....then add 2 drops of essence...and remove from the heat then take a square shape pan and spread butter , place bread and pour custard cream over the bread then biscuit and pour custard ,after that place cake pieces and finally pour the milk over the cake........springle with nuts or batham.........refrigerate minimum 5 hrs.......

SPICY EGG CURRY..........
- Hard boiled egg:4
- onion:2
- tomato:2
- cardomom:2
- turmeric powder:1 tblspn
- red chilly powder:2 tblspoon
- coriander powder:1 tblspn
- garam masala:1/2 tblspn
- curry leaf
- garlic and ginger
- potatto:2
Preparation:
Remove the shell of boiled egg...and keep aside...Take onion,ginger,garlic,tomatto,cardomom,and all the masalas.....and make a mixture of all these ingredients togther in the mixer.......then take a heavy bottom pan with a lid.....pour oil and heat it ,put egg and stir well till it turn brown......add sliced onion,saute for a minute,dont let the onion burn or too brown..then add the grinded mixture.....stir well ....continue to cook on medium heat till it turn to be a thick mixture.........add sliced pottato(cube shape)....and curry leafs...add 1/4 cup of water then close the lid ....after some time.add egg....stir gently...add water(if u need) and cover it. .... simmer for 15 minutes.....serve hot with.paratha,roti or,rice............

Veg Manchurian...........

Ingredients:
- Cabbage: 1 cup chopped
- Carrot: 1 cup chopped
- Green peas: 1/4 cup
- Potato: 2 or 3
- Green chilly: 1 tblspn (finely chopped)
- Ajino moto: 1 tblspn
- Soya sauce: 2 tblspn
- Green chilly sauce: 1 tblspn
- Red chilly sauce: 1 tblspn
- Corn flour: 1 tblspn
- Corn: 1/3 cup
- Capsicum: 1
- Onion: 2
- Bread crumbs
- Oil: for deep frying
- Garlic: 3 (chopped)
Preparation:
Pressure cook cabbage, carrot, potato and green peas with little salt...... after that drain the water from the cooked vegetables....... smash all the vegetables..... add corn if required..... make small balls and wrap it with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil...... move all the fried balls into a plate......... then take a pan and add oil..... put sliced green chilly and garlic..... stir well and add sliced onion and capsicum..... saute for a minute and then add soya sauce, green chilly and red chilly sauce, ajino moto and salt (if required)............ then add corn flour (mixed with water)... now you will get a thick batter and mix all the ingredients well........ then add the fried balls and stir well....... serve immediately with noodles or roti............

Paneer Masala

Paneer is an integral part of North Indian cooking....... Its a dairy product which we can use as dessert, snack,etc.... Paneer Masala is a good combination with roti or naan.....
Ingredients:
- Paneer: 250 gms
- Tomato: 2
- Onion: 3
- Garlic: 5
- Ginger: small piece
- Red chilly powder: 2 tblspn
- Turmeric powder: 1 tablspn
- Garam masala: 1 tbspn
- Black pepper: 1/2 tblspn
- Cadramom: 3
- Salt: 2 tblspn
- Oil: 4 tblspoon
- Curry leaf
Preparation:
Cut the paneer into small cubes........ grind tomato, ginger, garlic, onion, cardomom and all masalas...... heat oil in a pan and put 1 onion (sliced)...... after that add curry leaf, stir well for 5 minutes...... then add the grounded mixture and continue cooking it in medium flame till oil begins to separate...... then add salt and mix well..... add paneer...... stir well.... pour water (3 tblspn)..... and cook for a minute in low flame..... serve this with naan, roti...........

Fried Rice.....

I am always looking for something which is very simple and easy to make. I am sure this would b a perfect meal that could be made in a matter of minutes......
Ingredients:
- Egg : 4
- Rice : 2 cup
- Chicken stock: 1 cup
- Chicken(shredded): 1/4 cup
- Water: 3 cup
- Soya sauce: 2tbsp
- Green onion: 1
- Pepper: 1/4 tbsp
- Butter: 2tbsp
- Peas (boiled): 1/4 cup
Preparation:
Lightly beat the egg with salt and pepper... heat a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of butter.... put the chicken peices and stir it well until they are lightly brown.... then remove the chicken.... after that add egg and stir well.... when it turns light brown, remove the pan..... take a pot... pour butter and add 2 cup of rice and stir fry for a few minutes... then add soya souce and pour 1 cup of chicken stock and 2 1/2 cup of water.... add salt.... when the rice is heated, add egg, chicken pieces, peas and chopped green onions...... mix well and serve hot...... U will really enjoy this....... just try.......
