Ingredients:
- Pasta:1 cup
- pasta masala:1 tblspn
- carrot(chopped):1
- green chilly(chopped);2
- corn:6 tbspn
- pepper powder:1/2 tblspn
- water:1/2 cup
Direction:..........Take a pan pour 1/2 cup of water...add pasta when it starts to boil.put the pasta masala......stir occationally to stop the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan.....then add corn ...remove a piece of pasta from the pan and take a bite,then only u know whether its cooked or not......if its cooked remove from the pan and drain it.....don't rinse the pasta as this will wash away the starch and masalas...Take a bowl put carrot,green chilly,cooked pasta ,corn,and pepper.......mix well.....cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 1/2 hr before serving........
